Mr. Braga is an associate at Badkoubehi & Dadmehr, LLP. Mr. Braga works primarily in Badkoubehi & Dadmehr’s litigation department, handling virtually all aspects of civil litigation. In addition, Mr. Braga assists in the transactional department, handling the preparation of drafting corporate formation documents.
Mr. Braga began his legal career as in-house counsel for a real estate and energy development company. There he advised the company on various commercial real estate issues and general business matters. Shortly after his work as in-house counsel, Mr. Braga attended George Washington University School of Law to obtain a Master’s in Law in intellectual property. At George Washington, Mr. Braga studied all aspects of intellectual property law, including obtaining, managing, and protecting intellectual property rights.
Mr. Braga earned a bachelor of science from University of San Diego, California in 2004 and his juris doctrine from California School of Law in 2007. Mr. Braga also earned a masters of law in 2010 from George Washington University School of Law. Mr. Braga is admitted to practice in the California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central, and is a licensed patent attorney registered to practice in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
